GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation)
Teenvise is compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have specific rights regarding your personal data including:
- Right of Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data
- Right to Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Right to Object — Object to certain types of processing
- Right to Restriction — Request limitation of processing in certain circumstances

CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
For California residents, the CCPA provides additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell data), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
Data Processing Agreement
Enterprise and institutional customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Contact legal@teenvise.com for details.
International Transfers
Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers located in the United States and European Union. Cross-border transfers comply with GDPR Chapter V requirements using Standard Contractual Clauses.
