1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing Teenvise services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Teenvise.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. The teen-side app is intended for users aged 13 to 19. A parent or legal guardian must manage all child profiles.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Teenvise immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Privacy & Consent
By using Teenvise, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from your teen before enabling location tracking or device monitoring. Teenvise is a tool for transparent, consent-based family safety.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Teenvise to monitor individuals without their knowledge (outside of parental rights for minors), circumvent content restrictions, or engage in any illegal activity.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Teenvise does not offer refunds for unused portions of active subscriptions.
7. Service Availability
Teenvise strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Teenvise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email for material changes.
